Merchant Regulations

• Merchant must be a Hong Kong registered company or corporation, and sign “Merchant Service Agreement".
• Delivery rules - the merchant is subject to the terms of " Merchant Service Agreement", including but not limited to, shipping method and time, payment terms, and honest operation of its online store.
• Intellectual property rules - the merchant cannot violate the intellectual property rights of wordings of descriptions, documents and photos on Clickuhome.
• Merchant is responsible to cover our costs in accordance with “Merchant Service Agreement”.
• Returns and Refunds - Merchant agrees to accept and coordinate with ClickuHome’s return and refund policy. If the buyer makes a return request with an acceptable reason, we will replace the goods for the buyer, while the merchant is responsible to send the related goods to our warehouse. All accepted return cases will be refunded by ClickuHome, while the merchant should reimburse all the expenses incurred due to merchant’s mistake in accordance with “Merchant service agreement".
• Tax policy - the merchant is solely responsible for any / all the tax liability due to the use of ClickuHome.
